Mission & Core Values

The Polish-American Police Association (PAPA) is dedicated to uniting law enforcement professionals of Polish and Slavic heritage, and those who support the values of public service, by promoting cultural pride, professional excellence, and community engagement. Through advocacy, education, and charitable outreach, we strive to strengthen our members, uplift our heritage, and serve the communities we protect.

Promote: We deeply value and promote the heritage and identity of the Polish and Slavic
cultures within law enforcement, fostering a sense of pride, unity, and connection among
our members. We acknowledge the importance of cultural identity in a multi-cultural
society and work to celebrate and preserve these cultural traditions in both the workplace
and the community.

Advocate: We stand as a voice for our members in legislative and policy matters,
advocating for changes that benefit both law enforcement and the Polish-American
community. Our members stay informed about relevant laws and policies, ensuring they
are equipped to advocate for justice and fairness, both within the law enforcement
profession and in broader societal issues.

Professionalism: We value ongoing professional development, ensuring our members are
